We handle personal and health information every day, and we treat it with the same care we would want for our own families. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to arrange and deliver support coordination: your name and contact details, your NDIS number and plan details, information about your goals and supports, and health or disability information where it is relevant to the support you receive. If you contact us through a form on this website, we collect what you type into it.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry or referral, to coordinate supports on your behalf, to meet our obligations as an NDIS provider, and to improve our service when you give us feedback. We do not use your information for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with your consent, and only with people who need it — such as providers you have chosen, your plan manager, the NDIA or your Local Area Coordinator. We may also disclose information without consent where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone's life, health or safety.
How we store and protect it
Your information is held in secure, access-controlled systems and is only available to the people who need it to support you. Website form submissions are stored securely and emailed to our team. We keep records for as long as required by NDIS and Australian record-keeping rules, then securely destroy them.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or withdraw a consent you have given. Just call or email us — we will not ask you to explain why.
Making a privacy complaint
If you believe we have mishandled your information, please tell us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on 1300 363 992 or at oaic.gov.au.
